Sometimes an older computer just needs the right upgrade. Sometimes a Wi-Fi problem has nothing to do with your internet provider. Sometimes a strange PC issue comes down to one failing component, a configuration problem, or something much simpler than it first appears.
My goal is to diagnose the actual problem first, explain the options clearly, and help you choose the solution that makes sense.
No unnecessary equipment. No automatic “you need a new one.” No pressure to turn a simple problem into a bigger job.
If your desktop or laptop isn’t working properly, I can help diagnose hardware and Windows problems, slow performance, startup issues, crashes, overheating and other common failures.
I also handle upgrades such as SSDs and memory, selected laptop screen replacements, new-computer setup and moving your files to a replacement PC.

If you have weak signal upstairs, dead zones, devices that constantly disconnect, poor speeds in parts of the house or a router/mesh system that just isn’t working the way it should, I can help figure out why.
That may involve placement, configuration, coverage, interference, equipment or the connection from your internet provider itself.

Computer repairs are generally handled by arranged drop-off and pickup. Wi-Fi, networking and selected technology problems may require an on-site visit.
I intentionally keep on-site work close to the Kingwood area rather than covering greater Houston. That keeps scheduling practical and makes sense for the kind of personal, local service Kingwood Geeks provides.
I’ve spent years building, repairing, upgrading and troubleshooting computers, gaming PCs, laptops and home networks.
I genuinely enjoy figuring out why something isn’t working — especially the problems that have already driven everyone else in the house crazy.
